Description: The project consisted of a two-building set, building 225, which is 100,702 sf, and building 325, which is 69,447 SF, for a total of 170,149 sf of building area. The two buildings sit on 9.4 acres of land just north of the Deer Valley Airport. This project complements the 2 adjacent buildings that were previously completed by Nitti Builders.
